Being an outlaw in Mississippi could be as simple as busting a nut, or at least that's what a state senator is proposing with a new law that effectively bans masturbation ... for men, anyway!
MS Sen. Bradford Blackmon even slapped a catchy name on his legislation -- the "Contraception Begins at Erection Act" -- which aims to block men from spreading (or wasting) their seed unless they intend to make a baby. So, no playing five-on-one with yourself or any other forms of pleasure that end with you wasting those precious sailors.
The bill does have some exceptions, however ... especially in regard to activities related to baby-making endeavors, including sperm donation.
It's not just the political climate heating up -- D.C.'s escort services have seen a massive surge with Donald Trump’s presidential inauguration this week, TMZ has learned.
One unnamed Washington D.C. sex worker tells TMZ she’s called out sick from her regular hotel job in order to accommodate the rising demand for her side gig ... with a busy influx of visitors flooding the city for the inauguration. She tells us it’s fascinating how big events like this rev up the industry, with customers craving both companionship and connection while in D.C.
Another unnamed escort says it’s not just during the inauguration -- this escort, who caters to high-end clients, says more women have been getting into adult work over the last 6 months, mostly driven by fears about job security and diminishing wages under Trump's new administration.
Diddysays the "freak-off" videos the government is trying to use against him actually prove his innocence ... he says the tapes show consensual sex with Cassieand he even claims she appeared to enjoy herself.
According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Diddy's defense team says they've seen the 9 so-called "freak-off" videos the feds are making a big stink about ... but his attorneys say the content on the tapes amounts to "private sexual activity between fully consenting adults in a long-term relationship."
Diddy's legal team says his ex-girlfriend Cassie "not only consented, but thoroughly enjoyed herself" and "is evidently happy, dominant and completely in control." The docs reference Victim-1, who we now know is Cassie.
Vince McMahon just reached a deal with the feds in his hush money case ... with the former WWE honcho agreeing to fork over $1.7 million to put the matter in his rearview mirror.
The Securities and Exchange Commission said Friday it found McMahon paid a former employee $3 million in 2019 and an ex-independent contractor $7.5 million in 2022 to buy their silence when it came to allegations against him and his company, the WWE.
The SEC, though, says McMahon never properly disclosed the agreements to the WWE's Board of Directors and other officials at the wrestling org. -- a big no-no that resulted in violations.
Jay-Zwants a piece of attorney Tony Buzbee's hide, legally speaking -- he's demanding a court sanction Buzbee for what Jay calls the false rape lawsuit that's damaged his reputation.
According to Jay's new motion, filed by his lawyer Alex Spiro, Buzbee did not conduct even the most rudimentary investigation into the shocking claims made by his "Jane Doe" client in her lawsuit. The woman alleged Jay-Z and Diddy drugged and raped her after the MTV VMA Awards in 2000 when she was 13 years old.
In his filing, Jay also points out Buzbee did not withdraw the lawsuit after an NBC News interview with the accuser aired, and cast doubt on most of the details in her allegations.
Dana Stubblefield is on his way to being a free man -- his rape conviction was overturned last week -- and according to the former NFL star's attorneys, his first order of business when he gets out will be a bunch of family time.

"He's going to be with his family," Sawyer said of Dana's immediate plans. "If there's one thing that Dana misses the most, it's being with his family."
Donald Trump is not getting off the hook for the $5 million a jury awarded E. Jean Carroll in 2023 after they found Trump liable for sexual abuse ... 'cause a federal court just upheld the judgment.
The United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit made their decision Monday ... explaining the judge did not abuse his discretion when ruling on the evidence of the case.
The court has also denied Trump's request for a new trial. According to CNN, the court also ruled that even if the judge had made mistakes, it's unlikely to have swayed the case enough to warrant a new trial because of the strength of Carroll's evidence.

The bombshell Matt Gaetz report from Congress drops sordid details about him paying $90,000 for sex and drugs -- including multiple hook-ups with a 17-year-old high school student.
The House Ethics Committee found the former congressman paid a dozen women for sex between 2017 and 2020 ... according to CBS News, which obtained a copy of the 37-page report which the Committee announced last week it would be releasing.
The report says one of the women Gaetz paid was, at the time, a high school junior he had sex with in front of others -- and the Committee says it has receipts showing "tens of thousands of dollars in payments to women" which it determined was "likely in connection with sexual activity or drug use."
10:21 AM PT -- In a statement to TMZ, Blake Lively says ... "I hope that my legal action helps pull back the curtain on these sinister retaliatory tactics to harm people who speak up about misconduct and helps protect others who may be targeted.”
Blake Lively has declared legal war on her former "It Ends with Us" costar/director Justin Baldoni, laying out her allegations of sexual harassment and what she claims is a coordinated effort to destroy her reputation, but Baldoni's team has fired back calling the allegations a false attempt to rehab her reputation.
According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, things got so bad during filming, there was an all-hands-on-deck meeting to address what she claims was a hostile work environment. Ryan Reynolds, Blake's husband, was among the attendees.
The lawsuit lists the demands that were addressed ... she says because of Baldoni's conduct. Among those demands -- no more showing nude videos or images of women to Blake, no more mention of Baldoni's alleged previous "pornography addiction," no more discussions about sexual conquests in front of Blake and others, no further mentions of cast and crew's genitalia, no more inquiries about Blake's weight, and no further mention of Blake's dead father.
4:10 PM PT -- Diddy's attorneys said in a statement to TMZ ... "Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone or engaged in sex trafficking. Ms. Grayson admits she has no memory of the events alleged in her complaint, does not know who was supposedly involved, and has never spoken to Mr. Combs. Her allegations against him are pure fiction. As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every baseless lawsuit and lawyer-driven money grab. He has faith in the judicial process, in which fact will be separated from opportunistic fabrications like these."
Diddy is facing another sexual assault lawsuit ... and, this time the accuser has included pictures from the party where she was allegedly raped.
LaTroya Grayson -- an Oklahoma woman -- has filed a lawsuit against Diddy, Bad Boy Records and a series of other companies over a 2006 incident where she claims she went to a Combs party, and was drugged and raped.
Here's the deal ... according to the lawsuit, Grayson's sibling won a radio contest through KJAMZ -- a local Oklahoma radio station -- which included round-trip airfare for the winner and a guest, a hotel room in NYC, and two tickets to attend Diddy's "White Party" in NYC.
Pornhub will no longer be available in Florida ... a major response to a new state law requiring age verification to visit adult platforms -- and one porn star tells TMZ the stand is a double-edged sword.
Here's the deal ... Pornhub's parent company, Aylo, opted to block access to horny Floridians rather than comply with the law taking effect on Jan. 1, requiring a state ID be shared to prove that would-be lookers are 18.

Maitland Ward tells TMZ ... Pornhub is "not perfect" and could do more to ensure minors are not viewing the free site, but as she sees it -- Florida tracking people's porn habits is a slippery slope that'll make horndogs mighty uncomfortable.
Applauding Pornhub's stance, which is seen as standing for free speech, Maitland anticipates the decision will push more people to paid sites of stars and, of course, OnlyFans.
Still, MW points out that by pulling out of Florida, the popular Canadian-based site is alienating a huge population that might hold a grudge ... in only one of the four states where it is legal to film professional porn ... so the decision is a big deal.
TMZ.com
Paid sites require a credit card, so sharing an ID with that information does not seem as invasive ... but again -- PH is free, so uploading a driver's license is seen as going too far.
On Monday, the Free Speech Coalition filed a federal lawsuit against the state ... reportedly claiming the new law violates free speech rights and could put users' personal data at risk.
The French rape trial that's captured the world's attention has come to a close ... with the accused, Dominique Pelicot, being found guilty and hit with a hefty prison sentence.
A French court brought down the maximum 20 years in prison sentence for Dominique on Thursday, after he was found guilty on all charges brought against him in the case ... where he was accused of repeatedly drugging, raping, and inviting dozens of others to rape his wife, Gisèle Pelicot, while she was unconscious.
Dominique, who is currently 72 years old, could easily spend the rest of his life in prison given the lengthy sentence.
Diddy's alleged mule, Brendan Paul, is off the hook in his felony drug case in Florida ... because all the charges have been dropped, TMZ has confirmed.
State prosecutors officially dismissed the charges against Paul Tuesday because he completed a pretrial diversion program ... according to his attorney, Brian Bieber.
Meanwhile, federal sources tell TMZ ... Paul did NOT strike a deal with federal prosecutors in the Diddy case.
