The driver who allegedly caused the car wreck that killed Minnesota Vikings cornerback Khyree Jackson and two others has just been hit with multiple criminal charges.

The Office of the State's Attorney for Prince George's County in Maryland announced Thursday that Cori Clingman is now facing counts of grossly negligent and criminally negligent vehicular manslaughter, as well as counts of vehicular manslaughter related to driving under the influence over allegations she drove her Infiniti Q50 into Jackson's Dodger Charger back on July 6.

Officials allege Clingman was traveling at a high rate of speed in Upper Marlboro while impaired ... and hit Jackson's ride as she was trying to make a lane change. Jackson's vehicle, cops said, careened off the road and hit multiple trees.

The most famous golf cart crash in college football history has a happy ending ... Will Howard just revealed there's been no fallout whatsoever from the Buckeyes' post-national championship accident.

The Ohio State quarterback told TMZ Sports on Wednesday while making an appearance at a Raising Cane's in Columbus that he, Ryan Day and Cody Simon are OK ... despite their ride running into a concrete wall following their victory over Notre Dame on Monday night.

Howard actually told us he's been super amused by the whole thing ... and he's hoping the woman who caused the mishap with a bit of a lead foot isn't beating herself up too badly.

Former Cleveland Browns defensive lineman Lonnie Phelps was sentenced to probation this week ... over allegations he drunkenly crashed his SUV into a restaurant last year.

Court records, obtained by TMZ Sports, show Phelps submitted a no-contest plea to one charge of misdemeanor DUI in a Florida courtroom on Tuesday ... some seven months after officials say he was wasted when he slammed his vehicle into Red Shoe Island Bistro in Key West.

Documents show Phelps was ordered to spend the next 12 months on probation. He also had his license suspended for six months -- and he'll have to perform 50 hours of community service as well as enroll in DUI school.

There was at least one hiccup on an otherwise perfect night for Ohio State on Monday ... a golf cart carrying Ryan Day and a few star players crashed into a wall -- and the collision was so rough, a bystander had to ask if everyone was all right.

It happened just after the Buckeyes beat Notre Dame, 34-23, in the College Football Playoff National Championship ... when Day, Will Howard and Cody Simon were all getting a lift to their locker room.

Video shot by someone in the bowels of the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta shows a woman tried to make a three-point turn in the cart ... but couldn't complete it -- and smashed the front end of the vehicle into a concrete wall.

1:37 PM PT -- Philadelphia police tell TMZ Sports ... the driver of the 2016 black Mercedes Benz is now facing two charges -- one count of driving under the influence and one count of driving without a valid license.

As for the injured officer, the Philadelphia Police Dept. says the cop was transported to a nearby hospital in stable condition and is expected to be released soon.

A wild scene took place outside the Eagles vs. Rams playoff game Sunday ... an individual slammed into a cop car in an apparent attempt to avoid an arrest -- and it was all caught on video.

Former Dallas Cowboys star Robert Quinn was arrested on Friday ... after cops say he tried to flee the scene of a violent car crash.

According to a police report, obtained by TMZ Sports, the wreck happened at around 2 AM on January 10 in North Charleston, South Carolina.

Cops say after responding to the scene of the accident, they found Quinn in another person's ride with "fresh bleeding, consistent with injuries sustained in a vehicle collision."

2:39 PM PT -- Kyren Lacy's agent, Rocky Arceneaux, said in a statement Friday "we strongly believe the facts will ultimately demonstrate the truth" ... however he did not elaborate much on the case further.

"We recognize the concern and questions that may arise from these recent allegations," Lacy said. "To anyone impacted, directly or indirectly, we want to assure that this matter is being taken very seriously, and we are committed to resolving it responsibly."

LSU receiver Kyren Lacy -- a potential 2025 first-round pick -- is a wanted man in Louisiana ... cops have just issued an arrest warrant for the footballer after they say he played a role in a fatal car crash last month.

The incident, according to Louisiana State Police, happened on Dec. 17 ... as Lacy was allegedly driving recklessly on a highway near Lafourche Parish in his 2023 Dodge Charger.

Police say the 24-year-old Tigers wideout sped by multiple vehicles and passed them in a no-passing zone ... and ultimately caused a horrific accident that led to the death of a 78-year-old man.

It's pretty miraculous ... almost everyone scrambles to safety, moving as fast as they can to the sidewalk. We froze the video because the vehicle hits the woman in the white shirt and grey skirt -- and the truck launches her into the air. We also did not show others Jabbar hit as the car continued its deadly path.

4:05 PM PT -- President Biden confirmed, just hours before the attack, Jabbar made a series of recordings in which he pledged his allegiance to ISIS and expressed his desire to kill.

Authorities now say the terrorist who killed at least 15 people and injured dozens more by plowing his truck through a huge crowd of New Orleans revelers had help ... and the accomplices are still on the loose.

42-year-old Shamsud-Din Jabbar was killed in a shootout during the attack on the famed Bourbon Street. CNN obtained surveillance video of his pickup truck as Jabbar maneuvered it around a police car and then sped up into the crowd. A large poll is attached to the back of the truck.

The FBI is reportedly on the hunt for 3 men and 1 woman who were caught on surveillance video apparently planting explosives. They have not been apprehended.

One place you can't catch Bhad Bhabie is outside in a Lambo -- her rep tells TMZ, reports of her exotic car being involved in a police chase and accident ... are totally false.

Here's the deal ... a Lamborghini Urus burst into flames early Saturday morning in L.A.'s San Fernando Valley -- TMZ was first to post the video, showing good Samaritans pulling a male driver from the exotic whip right before it burst into flames. The driver had been evading cops chasing him for alleged reckless driving.

Bhad Bhabie -- aka Danielle Bregoli -- got dragged into this mess Monday, when a local L.A. station reported the burnt-up Lambo was registered to her, and the driver was reportedly her brother.

A suspect fleeing Los Angeles authorities earlier Saturday was pulled from their wrecked Lamborghini ... just moments before the twisted heap burst into flames!

In a harrowing video exclusively obtained by TMZ ... police and good samaritans worked to pull the driver from the destroyed Lamborghini Urus, which flipped and hit a tree before the big crash along a Tarzana street.

Caleb Kennedy -- the former "American Idol" finalist who was arrested after a fatal DUI crash in 2022 -- has been sentenced to 8 years ... TMZ has confirmed.

Kennedy, who appeared on season 19 of the hit singing show, pled guilty to a felony driving under the influence where death results charge earlier this week. He'll also pay a fine of just more than $15K.

The 20-year-old singer will serve 5 years behind bars before serving the next 3 years in home detention. He's also required to serve 5 years of probation after his release, attend mental health and substance abuse counseling, and undergo random drug and alcohol testing.
